The stereotype of the fat, lazy stoner is exactly that, a stereotype. Would it surprise you to know that most cannabis consumers are actually leaner than their non-consuming counterparts? In fact, cannabis is a fantastic addition to your weight loss and fitness toolkit.  In the August meeting of the Speakeasy Women’s Cannabis Club, we’re discussing Cannabis for Fitness and Weight Loss. 

You’ll learn: 

  • How and why cannabis can help you with your health goals
  • What types of cannabis to search for
  • All the different ways to use cannabis to help you lose weight and get more fit!
  • You’ll even get an amazing handout so you don’t forget a thing

The Speakeasy Women’s Cannabis Club is led by certified Cannabis Coach and Educator, Terese Bowors from www.terese.ca. I’ve been learning about cannabis for 10 years now and I have a passion for changing the world with women and cannabis.

Our meetings follow a similar pattern each month:

  • Q and A
  • Consumption Circle
  • Time to socialize
